I am a first home buyer and an international student. It is really hard for me to buy a home here. Because of the difficulty of language and process, the job is not easy for me and her. I really appreciate her work to help me and her patient to explain the terms that I did not understand. My language is not well so she had to speak slowly to tell me every detail about the apartment. My money was limited. Therefore she had to work hard to help me to find out a good place for me. She and I went to a lot of places to see apartments and she really worked hard for me. Every time we went out she introduce the place well like the location, safety, rent, schools, etc. She is a good agent and takes custom very well. Her work is organized and prepared.

In Oct of 2012, I was given the opportunity to retire from the post office. I decided to move to Arizona when my retirement became effective. I had planned on just walking away from my condo - letting it go into foreclosure. Then a friend introduced me to Deb Kahookele. She told me she could help - and help she did. Debra Kahookele IS the agent you want to use! She is awesome!. Professional, friendly, communicative, just overall great to work with. She was on top of everything. She was constantly looking for new listings and would send me info as soon as she found properties that fit my criteria and was fast and efficient at setting up times to view them.
