I am a first home buyer and an international student. It is really hard for me to buy a home here. Because of the difficulty of language and process, the job is not easy for me and her. I really appreciate her work to help me and her patient to explain the terms that I did not understand. My language is not well so she had to speak slowly to tell me every detail about the apartment. In Oct of 2012, I was given the opportunity to retire from the post office. I decided to move to Arizona when my retirement became effective. I had planned on just walking away from my condo - letting it go into foreclosure. Then a friend introduced me to Deb Kahookele. She told me she could help - and help she did. She walked me thru all the steps of a short sale. She found a buyer, dealt with the bank, dealt with the credit union - she did it all!
