Location Squared (Location, Location) is dedicated to showcasing a property for sale along with a local business person or business through a short informational video. Our videos are used online for sellers and buyers and the community to understand the real estate and business community via various social media platforms.

PARA

A non-profit 501(c)3 neighborhood association based in Downtown Long Beach, California which has three guiding principles: Communication: To build a community by making this a neighborhood that we want to live, know our neighbors and feel like a part of a community. Contribution: To make an impact into making this a better neighborhood that is safe, clean and an enjoyable place to live. Representation: to Improve the neighborhood through advocacy to the city, local businesses and bordering neighborhoods.

AREAA

The Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) is a nonprofit professional trade organization dedicated to promoting sustainable homeownership opportunities in Asian American communities by creating a powerful national voice for housing and real estate professionals that serve this dynamic market.




Long Beach Rotary

Long Beach Rotary was the first service organization established in Long Beach and has a long history of membership comprised of leaders from all around the city and county, all with the same goal – to give back and make a difference. We emphasize friendship, integrity and service to others. There are over 1.2 million members in 35,000 clubs worldwide… all dedicated to “Service Above Self.”

PARA

Long Beach Day Nursery was the first licensed program in Long Beach and the first to meet the high standards required for accreditation by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). LBDN has graduated thousands of young children who, upon entering kindergarten, were better prepared to take full advantage of their school experience.

Harvey Milk

Harvey Milk Park, which opened in 2013 in Downtown at Third Street and The Promenade, honors and recognizes leaders in the local LGBTQ people who have used their time, talents, and passion to help advance the LGBTQ community in the same spirit as Milk. Along with plaques commemorating these leaders and activists, the plaza includes a concrete replica of the soapbox Milk stood on and spoke from to inspire crowds.
